York Region Transit and VIVA

York Region Transit (YRT) and Viva provide local and rapid transit service across York Region. With more than 120 routes, YRT / Viva is a convenient way to explore the Region, with easy connections to Toronto, Durham and Peel.

Why ride YRT / Viva:
• Use both YRT and Viva services with just one fare.
• YRT / VIVA tickets do not expire for 2 hours, so you can hop on and off as much as you like.
• Viva rapid transit operates on a proof-of-payment basis to keep you on the move. You can buy your fares at vivastations before boarding.
• Viva operates at a frequency of 15 minutes or less, seven days a week.
• Just 50 cents can get you to or from GO Trains at a GO Station. Valid GO Transit fare required.
